Mission:

Our mission is to cultivate a supportive environment that ensures access and enhances community outcomes through engagement. We are committed to providing coordinated support services and comprehensive experiences driven by data-informed strategies that increase retention and belonging for all community members. We aim to create pathways for success at the University of Tampa through collaboration and partnerships.

The Charge:  

• Expand efforts to foster the retention, graduation and success of community members through targeted initiatives, timely interventions and a holistic support system.
• Develop a cross-trained team to support the institutional climate, compliance, and resource distribution, all with a focus on access and community programs that lead to successful community outcomes. 
• Offer ongoing educational opportunities on policies, practices, strategic support themes and the development of dialogic skills that support retention, graduation and success.
