Students who meet eligibility requirements can apply for AFROTC scholarships, but a scholarship is not required to complete the program. AFROTC scholarships can provide up to 100 percent of tuition and fees, $510 per year for books and $250-$400 per month paid directly to student for personal expenses.

In addition, UT provides most ROTC scholarship cadets (not second degree or graduate students) with a room and board incentive scholarship, if they live on campus and purchase a meal plan. The University's reasonable tuition for a private institution, along with scholarships and financial aid programs, can significantly help students pay attendance costs.
