The NROTC unit offers participation through three programs: 1) the Navy-Marine Corps Scholarship Program (four-, three- or two-year), 2) the NROTC College Program and 3) for enlisted service members, the Seaman-to-Admiral 21 program or the Marine Enlisted Commissioning Education Program. The Four-Year Scholarship
- Full tuition
- All college/university fees
- Stipend for textbooks
- All uniforms provided
- Subsistence allowance each academic month
- $250 per month for freshmen
- $300 per month for sophomores
- $350 per month for juniors
- $400 per month for seniors
- Graduates are commissioned as officers in the Navy or Marine Corps.
- Total military service obligation is eight years, at least four of which must be active duty.
The Three- or Two-Year Scholarship
- Same benefits as above for three or two years
- Open to college students with at least 30 credits completed
- Deadline: May 31 each year
- Graduates are commissioned as officers in the Navy or Marine Corps
- Total military service obligation is eight years, at least five of which must be active duty
NROTC College Program
- Open to students entering college, college freshmen and college sophomores
- Deadline: April 30 for the upcoming cycle
- Applicants selected from students already attending or accepted by colleges with NROTC programs
- Accepted students compete for three- or two-year NROTC scholarships
- Graduates are commissioned as officers in the Navy or Marine Corps
- Total military service obligation is eight years, at least three of which must be active duty
