Removal Notes: The chapter has been removed from campus due to being suspended by their national headquarters and being inactive at the University for the 2020-2021 academic year. The chapter has failed to complete all the requests from the national headquarters and the University, which resulted in this removal. Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia is no longer affiliated with The University of Tampa and cannot return for re-establishment unless they apply and are selected during the official Interfraternity Council expansion process.
