What are the benefits of the M.S. in Human Resources Management?

Blended online and in-person model
- This format allows potential students flexibility in pursuing their graduate degree. Since all summer courses are online, students will be able to potentially pursue internships in their area of interest. Also, by having some courses face-to-face, students will be able to build relationships with their classmates, faculty, and the business community. Finally, this structure will allow students to enroll in fall, spring, or summer as either a full-time or part-time master’s student.

- A critical feature of the program is its alignment with industry standards, exemplified by the opportunity for graduates to pursue SHRM certifications. By striking a balance between course content and hands-on application, the MS-HRM empowers students to confidently address real-world HR scenarios and contribute meaningfully to the success of organizations in diverse settings.
