Explore the World with UTampa Education Abroad
At the University of Tampa, students from every major can take their learning beyond the classroom—and beyond borders. Our education abroad opportunities include exciting faculty-led programs, where UTampa professors guide immersive short-term courses around the world, and partner programs that allow students to study at top international universities while earning UTampa credit. These experiences are more than just travel—they help Spartans build global skills that today’s employers value, like cross-cultural communication, language proficiency, and the ability to navigate international settings with confidence.
Whether you're studying abroad for credit or participating in a global internship or service project, all students must work with the Office of International Programs, meet eligibility requirements and follow important deadlines. For more information on transferring credit, visit the UTampa Catalog.
PLEASE NOTE: International students planning to study abroad must be in touch with their international student advisor as early as possible to ensure compliance with student visa regulations.
