Today The University of Tampa launched a new partnership with Zipcar, the world’s leading car sharing network, to continue its car sharing program on campus. The convenient, economical transportation option is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for students, faculty and staff ages 18 and older.

On Saturday, Aug. 29, University of Tampa students will start the academic year off by giving back to the Tampa Bay community during the University’s annual day of service, Into the Streets. The event is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and volunteers will gather in the Martinez Athletics Center before loading into buses to volunteer at one of several sites in the community.

The University of Tampa has announced its 2015-2016 PNC Bank Concert Artist Series at the Sykes Chapel and Center for Faith and Values. This series of free, public concerts, sponsored by PNC Bank, has become one of UT’s most anticipated and well-attended events on campus.
