Membership Proposal and Application
After you submit your application, please send a letter of recommendation via email to
fellows@ut.edu
or fax to (813) 258-7798. Your letter of recommendation must be written by someone other than your application referral.
~ All applications must be reviewed and approved by the Board of Fellows Membership and Steering Committees. ~
The Board of Fellows annual financial commitment is $2,000 ($500 membership dues and a minimum of $1,500 towards UT’s Annual Fund).
