    Faculty/Staff

The University of Tampa promotes the goals of the Spartan Code through self-reflection, community-wide dialogue, and mutual understanding and respect. The Center for Teaching and Learning, along with the Faculty Diversity Committee and the Committee on Community Engagement and Responsible Citizenship, support these endeavors by providing resources to expand our understanding of the inequities faced by members of our local, national and global communities based on ethnicity, race, gender, sexual orientation and socio-economic status.
