Kick off Your Halloween Celebration with Kids at UT Oct. 29

Bring your kids to The University of Tampa on Wednesday, Oct. 29, for Kids at UT, an annual Halloween celebration for children in the Tampa Bay area hosted by the Residence Hall Association. The event is scheduled from 4–7 p.m. and is free and open to the public.

Participants should check in at the Vaughn Center, 401 W. Kennedy Blvd. The children will leave from there and be led in small groups from one residence hall to the next.

Each residence hall will have a different event or activity for the children to participate in, ranging from haunted houses to crafts to games. Kids are encouraged to dress up in their Halloween costumes.

“This event is a safe, fun way for kids to get into the Halloween spirit. It is also a good way for us as students to give back to our local community,” said Laura Schill ’16, a member of the Residence Hall Association.
