Members of International Coalition to Discuss European Perspectives on Terrorism

Five senior national representatives of the international coalition serving with the U.S. Central Command at MacDill Air Force Base are set to discuss European perspectives on the global fight against terror.

The presentation will be held on Friday, Oct. 24, at 10 a.m. in the Grand Salon in Plant Hall at The University of Tampa (401 W. Kennedy Blvd.). The presentation is free and open to the public.

The special guest at the discussion is Juergen Borsch, Germany’s consul general, who will focus on “Germany’s new role in a changing world.”

The other panelists include:
  • Brig. Gen. Heribert Hupka of Germany
  • Brig. Gen. Mikael Christoffersson of Sweden
  • Brig. Gen. Martin de la Hoz of Spain
  • Coalition Chairman and Brig. Gen. Frank Lissner of Denmark
